Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through new client acquisition and market expansion. This role requires a proactive leader with strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and partner relationships.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with enterprise clients or strategic partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and executive teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine strategy and offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business development staff (if applicable).
  • Report regularly on performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5 + years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales/revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in international business development or global markets.
  • Existing network within the industry.
  • Experience leading or managing a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
