As a Sales and Business Development Manager at this Pune-based company, your role involves engaging with clients to understand their IT needs and offering customized solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT industry. - Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market dynamics, including familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
