Role Overview Description As a PreSales Consultant, one has to empathize with customer problems and propose solutions.. The Pre Sales Consultant will represent Ripplehire doing maximum justice to customers through deliverables like RFPs, Requirement sheets and even spend time creating specific customer journeys through their buying process. We care for one who can build trust, has done implementations in recruiting and wants to move up the value chain into sales OR specifically someone who wants to liaison between product and customers, fill out RFPs. Responsibilities of a Presales Consultant Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements. Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFIs & RFP’s Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements should enjoy doing maximum justice to customers through deliverables like RFPs Requirement sheets and even spend time creating specific customer journeys through their buying process. Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes Skills Key Requirements Solution or consultative sales experience.
