Business Development/Pre Sales

As an experienced professional with 4-7 years in the IT industry, your role will focus on client engagement, proposal responses, market analysis, lead generation, collaboration, market expansion, and reporting. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their IT requirements and proposing tailored solutions. - Preparing and presenting compelling proposal responses, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. - Conducting thorough research to identify emerging trends, market demands, and potential clients in the IT industry. - Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. - Working closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and company capabilities. - Identifying opportunities for market expansion, including new geographies, industries, or product lines. - Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status; providing regular updates to senior management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. - Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT industry. - Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market dynamics. Familiarity with SDLC and Agile. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
