Job Description

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development

  • Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through various channels (e.g., branch walk-ins, referrals, digital leads).
  • Understand client financial needs, risk appetite, and investment goals through detailed one-on-one consultations.
  • Present and recommend suitable mutual fund schemes and other investment products that align with the client's profile.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (AUM - Assets Under Management).

B. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted financial advisor.
  • Provide excellent post-sales service, including assisting with transactions, redemptions, and portfolio reviews.
  • Address client queries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively conduct client reviews to ensure their investment portfolio remains aligned with their goals.

C. Product Knowledge & Compliance

  • Maintain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of all mutual fund schemes, market trends, and competitor products.
  • Strictly adhere to all regulatory guidelines and internal compliance procedures (e.g., KYC/AML norms, SEBI guidelines).
  • Ensure all client interactions and documentation are compliant and accurate.
  • Participate in mandatory training and certification programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

D. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Keep abreast of market developments and provide feedback to the product and marketing teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
