Job Description

As a potential candidate for the position, your role will involve identifying and engaging potential customers interested in solar energy solutions. This will be done through cold calling, networking, and referrals. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by generating leads, following up, and closing deals for solar rooftop/captive power projects. It will be your responsibility to educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and the solutions offered by the company. Additionally, you will conduct basic site assessments for solar feasibility, document findings, and assist in preparing sales proposals tailored to customer needs. Your active participation in meetings with sales managers to discuss growth strategies and review pipeline status is essential. Keeping updated records using CRM systems, tracking sales activities, and regularly reporting performance metrics will be part of your routine. Collaboration with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction will also fall under your purview. Furthermore, researching competitor products and staying updated on industry trends to identify market opportunities will be expected. There is also an opportunity for rapid growth within a fast-expanding solar EPC company. The work location for this position is in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, involving fieldwork and office work as required.
