Sales and Marketing Intern

You will be joining a growing solar installation company based in Madhya Pradesh, specializing in residential and commercial solar systems. The company is dedicated to providing eco-friendly, energy-efficient solutions to clients, aiding them in saving on energy costs and reducing their carbon footprint. As the peak season approaches, we are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales and Marketing Interns. As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving sales for our solar solutions. This position offers you the opportunity to gain insight into the solar industry, enhance your marketing and sales skills, and contribute to the development of a fast-paced startup. Your earnings will be tied to the successful closure of sales, with incentives ranging from INR 1000-5000 per order. This is an ideal chance for individuals seeking hands-on experience in sales and marketing while being rewarded based on performance. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with potential residential and commercial customers through various channels such as cold calling, email, and social media. You will be tasked with promoting and selling solar installation services to clients in specified cities/regions, establishing relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their requirements, and offering customized solar solutions. Additionally, you will assist in marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong interest in renewable energy and the solar industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work autonomously. While previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and fluency in Hindi and/or English are desired. This internship offers a performance-based incentive structure, where you will earn a commission for every successful sale or order closed.
