Job Description Identify and engage potential customers interested in solar energy solutions through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals for solar rooftop/captive power projects. Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and the company’s offering. Conduct basic site assessments for solar feasibility, document findings, and assist in preparing sales proposals based on customer needs. Participate in meetings with sales managers to discuss growth strategies and review pipeline status. Maintain updated records using CRM systems, track sales activities, and report performance metrics regularly. Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Research competitor products and stay current on industry trends to identify market opportunities. Qualifications Graduate (any stream); preference for those with exposure to sales, marketing, or renewable energy domains. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated approach. Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus. Salary & Benefits Stipend during training: ₹12,000 (CTC) per month. On successful completion of the training period, a provisional on-roll offer will be made with a revised salary of ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 and a very attractive incentive structure.
