Job Description

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers interested in solar energy solutions through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Supporting the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals for solar rooftop/captive power projects will be a key part of your role. You will need to educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and the company's offerings. Additionally, conducting basic site assessments for solar feasibility, documenting findings, and preparing sales proposals based on customer needs will also be part of your responsibilities. Participation in meetings with sales managers to discuss growth strategies and review pipeline status is crucial. Keeping updated records using CRM systems, tracking sales activities, and reporting performance metrics regularly is also expected. You will need to coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Researching competitor products and staying current on industry trends to identify market opportunities is another aspect of your role. Qualifications: - Graduate (any stream); preference for those with exposure to sales, marketing, or renewable energy domains. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated approach. - Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus. The company offers a stipend of 12,000 (CTC) per month during the training period. On successful completion of the training, you will receive a provisional on-roll offer with a revised salary ranging from 18,000 to 20,000 along with a very attractive incentive structure. Incentives and performance-based bonuses may be provided based on results, and there is an opportunity for rapid growth within the fast-expanding solar EPC company. Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Field work and office work as required).
