Job Description

The Business Development Manager/Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the UAE market. You will need to be proactive and results-oriented, with a strong understanding of the local business landscape and excellent relationship-building skills. Your main tasks will include generating leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with a proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the UAE market. A strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and cultural nuances is essential, along with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You must also have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic language skills are highly desirable. Additionally, a valid UAE driving license is often a requirement, and knowledge of specific industry requirements related to the job is a plus. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
