Business Development

You will be working as a Sales Development Representative at PEXA Car Care, a fast-growing brand in automotive detailing, protection, and maintenance solutions. Your main responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads for both B2B and B2C channels. Here is a detailed overview of what will be expected from you: - Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and industry events. - Identify new market segments and business opportunities within automotive service centers, dealerships, and direct-to-consumer channels. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and execute outbound campaigns effectively. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline data in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce. - Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives and monitor the progress. - Mentor junior SDRs and contribute to the optimization of the sales development process. - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to outreach, pipeline growth, and conversion rates. Qualifications required for this position include: - At least 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales. - Previous experience in the automotive industry or related product sales is preferred. - Demonstrated success in lead generation and appointment setting in a B2B or D2C environment. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve targets. - Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms.
