As a Color Grader with at least 1 year of experience, your primary objective will be to enhance the visual appeal of video and photo projects. Your role will involve adjusting and enhancing colors, tones, and lighting in videos and photos to achieve the desired visual effects. You must possess a keen eye for color, detail, and aesthetics to ensure that the final output aligns with creative and technical requirements. Collaboration with directors, editors, and creative teams will be essential to align color grading with project objectives. Operating color grading software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools will be part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to maintain color consistency and quality across various outputs and platforms. Staying updated with industry trends and techniques is necessary to improve workflow and deliverables effectively. To qualify for this role, you need a minimum of 1 year of experience in color grading for films, videos, or photography projects. Proficiency in color grading tools and software is a must, along with a strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and visual storytelling. A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work will be required. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person.
