This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Team Lead at Industry Ready Academy, located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the business development team, generating leads, developing and implementing strategies to attract new business, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves managing team performance, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and opportunities
Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
Effective Team Management and Team Leadership skills
Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve business goals
Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
