Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Team Lead, located in Madurai. The Business Development Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team, generating leads, creating and implementing strategies for business growth, and analyzing market trends. Day-to-day tasks include team management and leadership, lead generation, and maintaining effective communication with team members and clients to achieve business objectives.
