Key Responsibilities:

1-Outreaches:

  • Reach out to potential clients/customers via calls, LinkedIn, emails, and other social media platforms.
  • Identify and connect with the relevant SPOC (Single Point of Contact).
  • Research and target relevant companies.
  • Assess client budgets, needs, and timelines.

2-Engagement/Opportunity:

  • Conduct initial calls to establish two-way communication, discover client needs, and present our offerings.
  • Identify and articulate pain points or problem statements.
  • Map relevant SPOCs and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Coordinate internally to keep processes aligned and provide updates to both internal teams and clients.
  • Understand the decision-making process, criteria, and paper processes.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

3- Incubation:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Ensure smooth communication and synchronization between internal teams and external customers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements.
  • Monitor and support the customer until recurring revenue is established.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools
