Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development professional to join our team. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our digital advertising services. You will work closely with the strategy and client servicing teams to create impactful solutions for brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Pitch digital marketing & advertising services (social media, performance marketing, SEO, branding, creative, influencer marketing, etc.) to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Maintain CRM/database of leads and opportunities with timely updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–9 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in a digital marketing/advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Existing client connections in the digital/advertising industry will be an added advantage.
