Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and communicating with potential clients. The individual will also focus on customer service and building strong client relationships to support business growth. Responsibilities Source potential leads through online platforms, networking, outreach, and referrals. Present Netefie’s offerings effectively to prospects. Coordinate with our in-house team to craft proposals and onboard new clients. Requirements Proven experience in business development, freelance sales, or client acquisition (2+ year preferred). Strong understanding of design, web/app development, and digital marketing services. Ability to generate leads via platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, or personal networks. Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely and independently. (Preferred) Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal building, and handling client calls. Optional Add-On Prior experience working with an IT agency or digital service provider. Existing client network or access to communities/startups in need of tech solutions. What We're Looking For Self-motivated professionals experienced in lead generation and client acquisition.
