Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Work closely with internal teams to manage and deliver client projects.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, and sales documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and industry trends.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and conferences.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation & presentation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Competitive mindset with analytical problem-solving capability.
• Adaptable to emerging tools, technologies, and work methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and client-relationship skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; CRM knowledge is a plus.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in BD / Sales / Client Success / IT services sales preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
