Job Title: Telesales Executive – Real Estate

Company: IA Wealth Private Limited (Invest Advise)

Location: Urbtech Trade Centre, Sector-132, Noida

Experience: 2–6 years in Telesales / Inside Sales


About the Role


We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our real estate team. The role involves connecting with potential clients over calls, understanding their requirements, and guiding them towards suitable property options. Candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities


Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.


Explain project details, features, and investment benefits to clients.


Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales team.


Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.


Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.


Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and client interactions.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).


2–6 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer handling.


Real estate experience preferred.


Excellent communication and convincing skills.


Goal-oriented, confident, and proactive in approach.


Strong follow-up and client engagement ability.
