Business Development Specialist

You are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive in the media industry to join the dynamic team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Having a deep understanding of the media landscape and a proven track record of generating new sales and expanding the client base is essential for this role. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive growth - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the Media planning & Marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities - Expand the client base Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Candidates with work experience in the Media Industry are preferable - Proven track record of success in lead generation and exceeding revenue targets - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in hardcore sales is a plus The company is only accepting applicants from Mumbai and the Outdoor Advertising Industry. This is a full-time job with day and morning shifts available. A performance bonus is provided based on your achievements.
