About Socialkyte: Socialkyte is a growing influencer marketing company based in Noida, NCR. We specialize in executing powerful, in-house influencer campaigns for brands across India. Our expertise ranges from strategic planning to full campaign management, leveraging our vast network of creators. We've successfully delivered over 200 impactful campaigns for 70+ brands, and our vision is to be the go-to name in Indian influencer marketing. Location : Noida, NCR (In-Office Position) The Opportunity : We are seeking an energetic, highly autonomous, and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to spearhead new client acquisition exclusively within the Indian market. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities with brands across India. ● Manage the entire sales cycle: from initial contact and solution presentation to negotiation and deal closure. ● Understand client marketing objectives and articulate how Socialkyte's in-house influencer marketing solutions deliver measurable ROI. ● Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. ● Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations. ● Collaborate seamlessly with internal campaign management and creator relations teams to ensure successful client onboarding and execution. What We're Looking For: ● Experience: Proven track record (3+ years preferred) in B2B sales/business development, ideally within digital marketing, advertising, or media, with a strong preference for influencer marketing experience. ● Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales quotas. ● Proactive & Autonomous: A self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and drives projects to completion. ● Exceptional Communicator: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills. ● Market Insight: A solid understanding of the Indian market and the digital marketing landscape. ● Location Commitment: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Noida, NCR, for in-office work.
