Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for our IT services and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and present tailored service offerings accordingly.
• Prepare business proposals, pitch presentations, and close high-quality leads.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handovers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in business development or sales in the

  IT industry

  .
• Strong understanding of IT services, web development, and digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
