Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (USA Night Shift) Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST Company: Rang Digitech (Subsidiary of Rang Technologies – USA-based MNC) Industry: Digital Marketing Job Description: Rang Digitech, a growing digital marketing agency and a subsidiary of Rang Technologies (USA), is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Business Development Executive to join our team in Vadodara. This is a full-time night shift role (aligned with USA time zones) suited for professionals with proven experience in international business development, especially within the digital marketing industry. Key Responsibilities: Represent and pitch Rang Digitech's digital marketing capabilities to international clients, primarily from the USA, UK, and Canada. Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client requirements. Take consistent and strategic follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients. Close deals through cold calls, email campaigns, WhatsApp communication, and video meetings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system. Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Build and nurture strong client relationships through timely communication and follow-ups. Meet weekly/monthly targets and reporting requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in business development or client acquisition in a digital marketing agency or IT services firm. Fluent and strong English communication skills (verbal and written) are a MUST. Hands-on experience with cold calling, lead generation, email/WhatsApp outreach, and CRM tools. Strong ability to understand and present service offerings and convert prospects into paying clients. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
