Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist, primarily located in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, generating leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, communicating with potential clients, and collaborating with the team to achieve business growth objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Superior Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the coaching or mental health industry is a plus point
• Pan india travel is mandatory
