Role Overview Lifez Honour is inviting experienced and passionate Yoga Coaches to collaborate with us on our curated wellness and transformation retreats across India and international destinations. The Yoga Coach will play a key role in facilitating holistic physical, mental, and emotional well-being aligned with Lifez Honour’s retreat philosophy. This role is not permanent employment and will be engaged per retreat or per project . Key Responsibilities Design and conduct daily yoga sessions during retreats (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, etc.) Lead guided meditation, pranayama, and breathwork sessions Customize sessions based on retreat themes (stress management, emotional healing, leadership wellness, detox, Panchtatva, etc.) Ensure safe practice , posture correction, and injury prevention Support participants across varied age groups and fitness levels Collaborate with Life Coaches, Wellness Experts, and Retreat Facilitators Maintain a calm, supportive, and inspiring retreat environment Uphold Lifez Honour’s values of integrity, mindfulness, and transformation Assist in creating short wellness content or session documentation if required (optional) Eligibility & Qualifications Certified Yoga Instructor (200 / 300 / 500 hours from a recognized institution) Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience (retreat experience preferred) Strong knowledge of asana, pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness Ability to conduct sessions in English (Hindi or other languages a plus) Comfortable working in residential retreat settings Physically fit and emotionally grounded Open to domestic and international travel Preferred Skills Experience with retreats, wellness resorts, or corporate wellness programs Knowledge of Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Sound Healing, or Energy Practices (added advantage) Strong interpersonal and group facilitation skills Professional, disciplined, and adaptable nature Contract & Compensation Project-based contractual engagement Compensation decided per retreat / per project , based on: Duration of retreat Location (domestic / international) Number of sessions Experience & specialization Travel, stay, and meals provided during retreats (as per project agreement)
