Job Title: Business Development Executive Experience Required: 3+ Years Industry: Information Technology / Software Services Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 3 years of proven experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, lead generation, and market research. • Understand clients’ needs and propose suitable software solutions (Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS products, Digital Marketing, etc.). • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements. • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continued business growth. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project handovers and client satisfaction. • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development/sales in an IT services or software development company. • Strong understanding of IT products and services (custom software, web/mobile development, cloud solutions, digital marketing, etc.). • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.). • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with international clients and B2B sales. • Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies.
