Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and working closely with the sales team. The role will also involve conducting market research, analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, and developing strategies to boost sales and revenue growth. Qualifications Drive end-to-end land acquisition & plotted development initiatives across strategic micro-markets. Lead financial modelling & feasibility analysis including IRR, NPV, ROI for land deals. Structure & negotiate high-value deals (JV, JDA, outright) with landowners and partners. Manage due diligence, legal compliance, and regulatory clearances with internal and external stakeholders. MBA/CA with 10+ years of experience in real estate investment, land acquisition, and plotted developments. Show more Show less
