Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and nurturing leads, conducting market research, and supporting client acquisition and relationship management. Responsibilities include developing strategies to target potential clients, fostering partnerships, ensuring high levels of customer service, and contributing to the organization’s growth goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business Administration
• 4-10 Years of experience in Lead Generation and Market Research, with the ability to identify opportunities and gather strategic insights
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, enabling effective interaction and relationship building with clients
• Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, assess client needs, and support data-driven decisions
• Proactive problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, biotech, or med-tech industries is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high productivity
