Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Executive at our company, you will be a vital part of our sales team, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your contribution will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and achieving our sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through physical meetings, cold calls, emails, and networking. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships. - Understand client needs and offer suitable products or services to fulfill their requirements effectively. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the value we provide. Key Requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field. - Possess at least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a B2B setting. - Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Exhibit strong networking and relationship-building abilities. - Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is required.
