As a Business Development Specialist at our company, your role will be crucial in contributing to our growth. Key Responsibilities: - Prior 2+ years working experience with an IT Service company is required. - Hands-on working experience on bidding channels, mainly Upwork & Clutch. - Ability to write proposals and cover letters according to client's requirements. - Experience working and generating business in the International Market. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Sound knowledge of IT terminologies. - Ability to analyze business challenges, identify problems, and propose solutions. - Gather insights for the technical team, negotiate, and conclude deals. - Identify and evaluate the right projects for the company's growth.
