Role Description

We are seeking an Account Executive for a full-time role located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing books of the company and client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks will include preparing sales reports, Billing ,collaborating with the sales team, operational tasks and ensuring client satisfaction by resolving issues (If any). The role also involves admin activities and making PPT's on a regular basis and hence should be well versed with Tally & Microsoft Tools

Qualifications

• Account Management and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Tally is a Mandatory
• Well versed with MS office is Mandatory
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare Sales Reports and derive insights
• Problem-solving and Solution-oriented mindset
• Experience with CRM software is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree is Must and in commerce would be a Plus
• Hands on experience in Tally, Microsoft Excel and Power-point is Mandatory
