Role Description We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with experience in the staffing and recruitment industry to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of staffing solutions across various verticals (IT, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering, etc.) and a proven ability to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment space. Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and generate qualified leads. Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events. Understand client staffing needs and propose tailored workforce solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, RPO, etc.). Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of candidates. Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and upsell additional services. Stay updated on market trends, industry challenges, and competitor activities. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales in the staffing or recruitment industry . Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of staffing models (contract, temp-to-perm, direct hire). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling staffing services across multiple verticals (e.g., IT, Healthcare, Engineering). Knowledge of labor laws, recruitment compliance, and onboarding processes. Existing client relationships or a strong industry network is a big plus.
