Job Description

Role Summary

The Business Development & Sales Executive connects with prospective clients via calls and emails, ensures timely follow-ups, and maintains accurate client records. Success in this role means building strong client relationships and supporting sales growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident in communication, driving business expansion effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach

    : Initiate and conduct professional phone calls with potential and existing clients to introduce company offerings and build rapport.
  • Follow-Up Communication

    : Ensure consistent and timely follow-ups with all leads and prospects to move them along the sales funnel.
  • Database Management

    : Maintain accurate and organized client information using spreadsheets or CRM tools for tracking progress and communication history.
  • Email Communication

    : Draft and send professional, grammatically correct emails to clients regarding proposals, follow-ups, queries, or updates.
  • Lead Qualification

    : Identify and categorize leads based on their potential, interest level, and readiness to convert.
  • Reporting

    : Prepare weekly and monthly status reports summarizing client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline updates.
  • Coordination with Teams

    : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and feedback sharing.


Qualifications

  • Education

    : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Experience

    : 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer support, or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Skills

    :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong phone etiquette and confident speaking voice.
  • Ability to write professional, concise, and error-free emails.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
