Business Development Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales for both traditional and digital advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to sell advertising solutions
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable ad packages (print, digital, social media, video, etc.)
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Work closely with the creative and operations teams for campaign execution
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to clients
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry changes

Requirements:

• Proven track record in ad sales, media sales, or B2B sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and media platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred:

• Experience in the advertising, media, or digital marketing industry
• Own vehicle with valid license (if field sales required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
