Business Development Manager – Advertising & Ad Sales

Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in advertising sales. The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of proven experience in media, digital, or print ad sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pitch, and close deals with new clients for advertising and branding services
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy) for campaign execution
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare and present proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs
• Attend networking events and industry conferences to build pipelines
• Maintain sales reports and CRM records for tracking performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 8 years of experience in business development or ad sales (digital, print, or media)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong industry network and client handling experience
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Knowledge of digital advertising, branding campaigns, and marketing trends is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,127.61 - ₹70,217.10 per month
