Business Development / Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for the generation and management of all aspects of the sales process, from inquiry generation to order closure. Your primary tasks will include seeking out customers and business opportunities, making technical presentations, and demonstrating how our products meet client needs. You will be expected to persuade clients that our products or services best satisfy their needs, provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and negotiate tender and contract terms. Additionally, you will offer after-sales support services, attend trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events to promote our brand, and engage in digital marketing activities. It will be your responsibility to maintain sales documentation, prepare reports for management, and analyze costs and sales to optimize performance. Collaboration with other members of the sales team and technical experts will be essential, as you work on solving client problems and establishing new relationships while maintaining existing ones. The ability to communicate effectively in English is crucial for this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with the opportunity for a performance bonus. The ideal candidate will have a BE./ Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, an MBA, or a graduate degree with experience in the process industry. A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development and B2B sales is preferred. Proficiency in English is also preferred.
