Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who has proven experience in managing IndiaMART leads. The candidate will handle inbound leads, convert them into opportunities, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and convert IndiaMART inquiries/leads into potential clients.
· Pitch RoadCast’s solutions (GPS tracking, fleet management, delivery automation, etc.) to businesses.
· Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure closure of deals.
· Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
· Maintain lead status and reports using CRM/Excel.
· Work closely with the sales and operations teams for client onboarding.
· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
· 1–3 years of experience in business development/sales.
· Hands-on experience with IndiaMART leads is mandatory.
· Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Strong understanding of B2B sales.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
· Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
