Business Development Representative

As a School Partnerships and Business Development Executive, your role involves identifying, approaching, and onboarding schools for collaboration on physical education and grassroots sports initiatives. You will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with school leadership, sports coordinators, and trustees. Your duties also include leading presentations and pitch meetings with prospective school partners. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and onboard schools for collaboration on physical education and grassroots sports initiatives - Build strong, long-term relationships with school leadership, sports coordinators, and trustees - Lead presentations and pitch meetings with prospective school partners - Strategize and execute plans to generate leads via field visits, referrals, events, and networking - Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to closure and ensure revenue targets are met - Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with school needs - Work closely with the operations and coaching teams to ensure seamless program delivery - Conduct research on emerging trends in school sports and education sectors - Provide insights to develop innovative engagement models and tailor strategies based on local school ecosystems - Maintain post-onboarding support and ensure client satisfaction - Act as a bridge between the school and internal teams to address issues and opportunities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Strong communication and presentation skills - Proven experience in business development and partnership management - Knowledge of the education and sports sectors is a plus Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
