Job Title: Support Executive – IVR Calls Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and articulate Support Executive to manage inbound and outbound IVR-based customer support calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and have a background in US or UAE-based BPO operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle IVR (Interactive Voice Response) calls professionally and empathetically. Respond to customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate unresolved cases. Maintain accurate logs of interactions in CRM systems. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions. Follow call scripts and compliance standards. Requirements: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Experience in BPO/Call Center Familiarity with IVR call systems and CRM tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Bonus: Prior experience in voice-based international support.
