Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities Product Pitching & Presentations Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services. Deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to prospective clients, both virtually and in person. Tailor sales decks and proposals to address specific client needs and objectives. Lead Generation & Cold Outreach Identify, research, and qualify new leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and digital channels. Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients and consistently seek out new business opportunities. Meeting Coordination & Follow-Up Schedule, confirm, and prepare for meetings with prospects and stakeholders. Ensure timely and effective follow-up to maximize conversion rates. Sales Collateral Development Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create, update, and personalize sales presentations, proposals, and supporting materials. Relationship Management Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales cycle and after onboarding. Qualifications & Skills 0 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Confident and persistent in making cold calls and handling objections. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Language requirement : English, Hindi and Tamil
