Software Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Software Developer with 13 years of experience in building scalable web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to fintech platformsespecially Loan Management Systems (LMS) or Loan Origination Systems (LOS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with product managers and business teams to understand requirements, especially around

  LMS/LOS workflows.

• Implement features such as onboarding, credit assessment, loan processing, disbursement, repayment, and reporting modules.
• Ensure secure API integrations with banking partners, credit bureaus, payment gateways, and external services.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 13 years

  of hands-on development experience using

  MERN Stack

  (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Proven experience or good understanding of

  Loan Management Systems (LMS)

  or

  Loan Origination Systems (LOS)

  .
• Exposure to the Fintech

  or BFSI or NBFC domain

  (banking, lending, insurance, etc.) is a MANDATORY requirement.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and secure backend systems.
• Familiarity with

  version control (Git)

  and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, Credit Bureau APIs like CIBIL/Experian).
• Exposure to DevOps tools like Docker, Jenkins, or cloud platforms like AWS is an added advantage.
• Understanding of compliance and security best practices in fintech applications.
