Role Description (RD): Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions with AI/ML integration. Work on data processing, annotation automation, and AI-driven optimization. Build APIs, backend logic, and automation pipelines for Sernion’s data platform. Research and implement AI models to enhance system intelligence and accuracy. Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver efficient, production-ready solutions. Participate in product innovation and continuously improve model performance. Requirements: Strong knowledge of Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Experience with AI/ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or OpenCV. Familiarity with APIs, cloud environments, and scalable architectures. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. 1–3 years of experience or proven project work in AI/ML (freshers with strong skills can apply). The candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and building strong relationships with businesses to onboard them as partners or clients for our AI and data solutions. Role Description : Independently connect with potential businesses, clients, and decision-makers. Pitch Sernion’s products and services effectively to create strategic partnerships. Develop and manage the complete B2B sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals. Build long-term business relationships through trust, understanding, and solution-driven discussions. Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and ensure smooth onboarding. Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership and revenue targets. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in IT/B2B sales or business development (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently with a self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset. Understanding of IT services, SaaS, or AI/data platforms is a plus.
