Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive strategic partnerships, identify funding opportunities, and expand our employer and institutional network. As a BDR, you will play a key role in promoting our mission, generating leads, and building relationships that contribute directly to creating accessible futures for PWDs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential corporate, institutional, and government partners aligned with our mission.
• Conduct outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) to generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline.
• Schedule and facilitate introductory meetings with potential partners and donors.
• Collaborate with program and impact teams to tailor partnership pitches.
• Research market trends, CSR initiatives, and policy shifts relevant to disability inclusion.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement efforts using CRM tools.
• Represent Indic AI at events, webinars, and stakeholder meetings when required.
• Support the development of proposals, decks, and impact reports for prospective partners.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or fundraising (nonprofit experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Passionate about inclusion, accessibility, and social impact.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, mission-driven startup-like environment.
• Prior experience with disability-focused organizations or DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) is desirable.
