We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our sales footprint across Maharashtra. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert potential clients. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and goal-driven, with a passion for technology and digital services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT & digital sector. Generate leads via cold calling, online platforms, email outreach, and networking. Pitch company services to potential clients and build long-term relationships. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update CRM records. Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to craft customized proposals. Attend client meetings, demos, and events when necessary. Provide market feedback and suggestions for business growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Basic understanding of IT services like websites, apps, and digital marketing is preferred. Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
