Job Overview:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who can create engaging and on-brand visuals for a variety of platforms. This includes designing social media posts, website graphics, and motion graphics reels. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing social media posts, stories, and ad creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create website graphics including banners, icons, hero images, and product mockups.
• Develop engaging motion graphics and short video reels for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and formats.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Prepare final graphics for print, digital use, or web publishing.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and motion graphics work.
• Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with animation and video editing.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with social media trends and content strategies.
• Prior agency or freelance experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
