Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team and expand our footprint across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and eager to contribute to the growth of our client base and revenues. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in Maharashtra through cold calls, networking, field visits, and online platforms. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT and digital solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM regularly. Represent Alca Media at meetings, presentations, and events if required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Quarterly bonus Experience: Business development: 1 year (Required)
