Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong professional relationships, and driving initiatives that contribute to organizational development. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, along with proficiency in MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, plan, and execute business growth strategies and engagement initiatives.

- Identify and cultivate connections with potential partners, collaborators, and stakeholders.

- Prepare impactful proposals, presentations, and reports to support business initiatives.

- Represent the organization at meetings, discussions, and networking events.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships.

- Track progress, manage reports, and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders.

- Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals and objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Candidates must be above 19 years of age and currently in their 2nd year of a bachelor’s degree program.

- Strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to adapt and work independently as well as in a team.

- Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
