**Location:** In-office at Vidisha / Indore & Remote (Hybrid flexibility available)

**Experience Required:** 3 – 5 years of proven business development and client acquisition experience (International markets only)

**Salary:** As per industry norms

### Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and manage new international business opportunities across renewable energy and allied sectors.

- Achieve a **minimum of 2 successful client conversions per month** with a focus on high-value deals.

- Generate and manage business pipelines with an **average project sale of ₹1 crore+ per deal**.

- Establish, strengthen, and leverage international client networks to acquire new business partnerships.

- Conduct research to identify international market trends, opportunities, and potential clients.

- Develop proposals, presentations, and tailored pitch strategies to meet client demands.

- Collaborate with internal project, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate reporting of business activities, conversion ratios, and monthly billing metrics.

### Key Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in business development or international client acquisition.

- Proven track record of consistently achieving high-value deal closures.

- Strong client networking skills in international markets.

- Ability to independently drive business objectives and deliver measurable results.

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- Understanding of renewable energy projects/business will be an added advantage.

### Performance Benchmarks

- Minimum of **2 international deal closures per month**.

- Monthly billing target: **₹1 crore and above**.
