Job Role

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Associate to drive our expansion by forging strong partnerships with educational institutions. The primary focus of this role is lead generation through institutional collaborations, organizing awareness campaigns, and executing engaging presentation workshops on the value of CAD technology across our core streams.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of institutional collaboration, including:

  • Strategic Collaboration & Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and secure partnerships and collaboration opportunities with colleges, universities, and polytechnics.
  • Awareness Campaigns: Design and conduct compelling presentation workshops for students and faculty on the benefits, career scope, and future opportunities in CAD technology for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, and Interior Design streams.
  • Field Sales & Travel: Travel extensively to various educational institutions, industry events, and locations to meet with potential partners, faculty, and students to promote our training programs.
  • Workshop Execution: Plan, arrange, and execute highly engaging and informative workshops, seminars, and informational sessions.
  • Inside Sales Support: Follow up on leads generated from workshops and collaborations, providing necessary information and closing institutional enrollment deals.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and report market intelligence, feedback, and trends from educational institutions to help refine our course offerings and marketing strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Proven background in Sales, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience that includes a combination of Field Sales and Inside Sales. Experience in the education or training sector is a strong plus.
  • Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter with excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the structure and functioning of educational institutions (colleges, universities).
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Mandatory: Must be willing and able to travel frequently for business development activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
