As a Business Development Professional focusing on Higher Education Collaborations, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of education by building strong partnerships with Universities and Colleges. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, connecting, and collaborating with Universities/Colleges for strategic partnerships. - Driving proposals and MoUs to launch futuristic and innovative degree programmes. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with academic leaders, decision-makers, and stakeholders. - Conducting market research to identify trends in higher education and industry needs. - Representing the organization at academic events, seminars, and conferences. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum Masters degree (MBA/Equivalent preferred). - At least 4+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Academic Collaborations, or Education Sector. - Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve measurable outcomes. - Preference for Academicians/Professionals with exposure to IQAC, NAAC accreditation, and NEP 2020 implementation.
